Michael Phelps Loses To Ryan Lochte In 200-Meter Freestyle At World Championships
Lochte Phelps was ahead at the turn of the last 200 meters freestyle on Tuesday to win one of the highly anticipated world championship races and remind everyone that it is a threat to replace Phelps as the world's leading swimmer.
